The Computer Science Student Council (CSSC) at Stanford University is a council aimed to strengthen the CS community at Stanford, enhance the experience of our university life, and create long-term traditions in the CS community at Stanford. The student council serves CS undergraduates, CS master's students, and those with an interest in CS at Stanford.
The student council serves students in four aspects: academic, social, internal relations, and external
relations.
The council was created in January 2024.
Facilitate students in exchanging the latest technological innovations, and foster the formation of collaborations in research or entrepreneurships.
Provide opportunities for peers to connect with each other, with the faculty and other departments at Stanford.
Assist the council in the liason with the CS Department, Graduate Student Council, the Office of Student Engagement and all other organizations within the University.
Collaborate with CS student organizations at other universities.
